3. Purchases and Payment

All ticket sales are subject to availability and these Terms. Prices are in the currency displayed and may include applicable fees. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount due. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our policies or that we believe are fraudulent.

4. Tickets and Event Admission

Tickets are subject to the rules of the venue and the event organizer. You must comply with all venue and event policies. We are not responsible for event content, scheduling changes, or venue conditions. Admission may be refused for failure to comply with policies or for safety reasons.

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) resell or transfer tickets in violation of event terms or applicable law; (c) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to purchase tickets; (d) interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or (e) harass, abuse, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Only Talking Money or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Talking Money, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service or any event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Only Talking Money and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Only Talking Money operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or in the courts located in that state, and you waive any right to participate in class actions.
